Before I became a psychotherapist, coach and solopreneur, I worked in the corporate world. I’ve held positions that include: a television news producer for NBC, the media buyer for an advertising agency, a project manager and multimedia producer for a web development company, the supervisor of a team of sales engineers, and the global product manager of the leading service-based internet advertising management system.
Given my early experience in corporate roles, followed by over two decades in the realms of mental health, personal growth, and the healing arts, I am uniquely positioned to integrate practical business acumen with strengths-based coaching and facilitation. One-to-one business coaching
I support individual leaders and entrepreneurs seeking self-awareness, creative vision, buoyed confidence, leadership proficiency, interpersonal skills, sustainable work habits, reduced stress, vocational fulfillment, and more.
Individual business coaching packages include:
60-minute coaching meetings over Zoom every two to three weeks
Six-month initial engagement with the option to extend in three-month increments
Assessments incorporated into coaching, as needed. (These may include a narrative 360-feedback process, Enneagram assessment + growth path, etc.)
Ongoing email support to keep you inspired, engaged, and accountable
